Where your fear is, there is your task.

Political Grief Group

Wednesdays @7pm Eastern

Online/Zoom

Open to those in Maryland.

If you are feeling overwhelmed or stuck in a loop because of everything going on in the world right now, this group is for you. Processing groups are about creating a space for people to work through things in community. Process groups help build resilience and fortitude, and foster a sense of belonging, when the world feels far away.

This is a marathon not, not a sprint.

This group runs for six weeks online at $35 per session.

Steps to attend:

  1. Send an email to kendra@c-cat.org or set up a phone consultation where we can go over logistics.

  2. Portal with paperwork (like you agree to join a process group and to work with me specifically).

  3. Join on zoom!

  • Scenic landscape with a large body of turquoise water surrounded by rolling green and brown hills, with tall, rugged mountains in the background under a cloudy sky.

    Counseling Services

Kendra offers individual, family, and group counseling services both online and in person. Your individual needs are the focus of counseling. Kendra draws from a variety of teachings and therapeutic modalities to create a uniquely positive experience.

  • A mountain landscape with snow-capped peaks in the background and a modern building on a grassy hill in the foreground.

    Death Planning Services

Similar to wedding planning, death involves a large number of practical tasks in addition to the emotional ones. As a Death Doula, Kendra offers support and planning for individuals and families who are managing the dying process. This might include helping to create a positive atmosphere in a physical space, helping to organize plans for a funeral, or communicating with related professionals or “vendors”.

  • Modern building with wooden exterior, large window, and a mountain range in the background, surrounded by yellowish plants.

    Death Cafe & Education

Death is a tabboo subject, but is a guaranteed part of the life experience. CCAT organizes educational and community-building events designed to support people of all ages in understanding death as a part of life.
