Political Grief with Hood College CSJ

Political grief describes our reactions to large scale events which impact our communities. It is easy to become overwhelmed by such events, but grief is manageable.

I’m excited to be returning to Hood’s chapter of Counselors for Social Justice to discuss this topic. In the helping profession, we are uniquely situated at the crux of many political events. We work to help our clients manage their losses, while also facing the impact of political grief ourselves.
