Political Grief: What to do when we want to fix the world (and can't)

Grief and loss are universal experiences, and are impacted by our political climate. In this educational session, we discuss how understanding grief and mourning can help us manage the anger and numbness we feel when decisions outside our control impact ourselves and our communities.

Important note: This is a community event to honor community grief and learn to move through it. It is not a partisan event, but the focus will be on managing both personal and communal grief. Hate speech toward any group or individual (present or otherwise) will not be tolerated.

Hosted in person in Frederick Maryland by Kendra Speicher-Eisenstark and C-CAT. Tickets are $10.
